I think Tong Po breaks him down with the leg kicks and knees and once that softens Chong Li up he'll unload to the head and knock him out.Commissioning of New Parking Meters in Shan Tong Road near Shan Tong Storeroom, Tai Po Remember when Tong Po got that clinch on Erick Sloan and unloaded knees to the body, I think he would destroy Chong Li the much shorter and smaller fighter in the clinch. I think Tono Po would also hurt Chong Li to the body really bad, that's where he's weak. That with the combination of damaging strikes won't go well for Chong Li. Also, Tong Po fights a high pace and is very aggressive, wont give anytime to res. Chong Li was very stationary which opens him up for leg kicks and body kicks. I think the size and style match ups favors him heavily. Tong is the bigger, longer and a more damaging fighter. In kickboxer 2, in the first fight again, shrugs of every strike like it's nothing. It wasn't till Kurt got some strength out of nowhere and broke Tong Po down, and even at that point it was tough. Erick Sloan landed heavy heavy shots and couldn't even make him flinch. I felt Chong Li only won the easier match ups but struggled vs the better guys. Frank Dux managed to hurt Chong Li rather easy. Chong Li was hurt to the body a few times. Also, what's most telling is his fight vs Suan Parades who is a MT style (ironically the actor that played Tong Po) and very early on Chong Li gets hurt early with combinations and to the body. In the second last fight vs Chung Ip Mung, Chong Li gets lit up pretty early. And Jackson was a brawler with no formal training. Jackson managed to hurt Chong Li very easily and if he didn't celebrate he would have finished him. If we look at fights we'll notice that Chong Li wasn't a hard guy to hurt or hit. Not only that he had size and reach on him as well. Tong Po was 6"3 while Chong Li was 5'5, that's a pretty sizable height adavantage. First, Tong was the bigger man and it would favor him in the style mach up MT vs TWD. Tong Po would beat Chong LI, I think he would win pretty easily and hurt him.
